This amazing woman is a ray of sunshine. She shines on stage, raw and tender-hearted, between laughter, smiles, melancholy and sorrow: the whole palette is there, with her accordion and her voice.

Her new album “J'suis pas une rockstar” takes on more of a French chanson feel with a pop-rock twist, thanks to her new drummer Nicolas Courret (Eiffel, Laetitia Shériff), who also produced the album.

As a trio, Ludovic Hellet, an outstanding and original double bass player, adds roundness and warmth to her neo, retro and ever-changing French chanson. From a dance-hall accordion spirit, the trio moves towards urban contemporary music, with some solid hip hop rhythms and a definitely rock energy. This feisty redhead is no modern Yvette Horner or Édith Piaf, but rather a redheaded Mano Solo, a Renaud 2.0. Think of the band Java meeting Yves Jamait, or Suprême NTM jamming with Zaz...
